We regularly perform gas safety checks on behalf of landlords. Today we found a gas leak and followed the appropriate procedures whilst also assisting the tenant and landlord with rectifying the problem.  

We used a carpenter who professionally removed and reinstalled the kitchen cupboard with this Installation of a new combination boiler that comes with a 10 year guarantee. The system also incorporates a limescale reducer.  

Back to school this week. Doing our 5 yearly gas exams  

Whenever we install new pipework we test the system with compressed air. That way, if there is a leak, only air hisses out as opposed to flooding the customers house!
