Our elderly customer asked us to freshen up her ensuite by installing a new floor, vanity unit with basin and also a comfort height toilet. The comfort height toilet is higher than a standard toilet enabling the user to easily get on and off the toilet.

Our customer specified an all electric solution in their property in line with net zero. We installed this Highly efficient, high pressure hot water store.

At 123 we have the team to do anything that’s needed in a project. Here we have removed an old boiler flue and the hole has been expertly bricked up and its almost impossible to see where the old flue was. Lower down in the pictures you can see where an older flue was removed...

We recently completed this fabulous ensuite renovation. The customer specified ‘His and Hers’ sinks as well as a rolltop bath.  LED lighting is also incorporated.
